HRC (Bernie) was great to work with. He was reasonable, fairly priced and kept an eye on things every step of the way. It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. We did a full kitchen remodel (cabinetry, marble countertops, lighting, appliances, the works… my wife wanted all very high end stuff, and it turned out great! Most important of all, my wife was happy. The sub he used was awesome and I’d recommend 10 out of 10 on his quality and skill. I’d recommend HRC, for sure.

Bernie, the owner of HRC, has been doing various relatively small jobs for me for a decade or so. That longevity in itself says something about the quality of his work. Recently, he completed a larger project: converting my screened-in rear porch into a sunroom. Throughout the process, he was–as he has always been–professional, honest, quick to respond to my questions, and absolutely committed to the work being done well. I am grateful to have a contractor I trust without reservation.

The HRC Construction Team is so spectacular. In my circumstance, I responded to an ad which pointed out (paraphrasing) that if I have some kind of a “Repair Nightmare” in my home, HRC is the way to go. I had the most incredibly wonderful experience working with the HRC Construction team! The Licensed Contractor Bernie is absolutely awesome! He is patient, kind & knowledgeable & he listens so carefully. Bernie is one-of-a-kind. Bernie is so well informed and most certainly comes across as the “de facto leader” of the HRC team, and he wears those shoes so well. Bernie has such a gentle demeanor and yet has the ability to get things done while still being so easy going and careful in moving the process forward, every step of the way. At no point in my dealings with and my interaction with Bernie and his HRC Construction team did I ever feel the least bit uncomfortable. I also always felt that what I was saying and what I was sharing was most definitely being heard by the HRC team. And my wants and needs where the construction project was concerned were definitely being heard and were being noted accordingly as the actual remodel in my home rolled out. In my circumstance, I was having the stairway in my townhome-style condominium remodeled, and after reaching out to the HRC team, Bernie was initially scheduled to meet with me in my home to go over what it was that I wanted to have done so that he could ultimately prepare a written estimate for me and so forth. As we moved forward with the project, Bernie met with me again, this time bringing along with him the “Foreman” or Supervisor of the work that needed to be done, and his name is Cleverson. As the HRC Licensed Contractor, Bernie is able to reach out to the correct contracted team which will be addressing the project at hand, and in this case, my stairway remodel was going to be overseen by a very kind gentleman by the name of Cleverson. Cleverson himself did quite a bit of the work, along with some alternating members of his team helping out with the remodel as well. And again, I cannot say enough great things about the amazing, hard-working Cleverson. Cleverson was also so incredibly patient with me as I decided on what I wanted for the stairway remodel, and as I pointed out areas of the remodel that I felt needed to be adjusted in order to ultimately be more to my liking. Cleverson’s work on my stairway was so very carefully approached, and was so very detailed, so beautifully done, and his approach to the work and his keen eye for properly making the finished project beautiful was most definitely noticed and appreciated. And the completed remodel certainly displays that for certain. And the finished product in my home is, in a word, absolutely stunning. Thank you so much to Bernie and to Cleverson and to his team for the GORGEOUS and badly needed stairway in my home. It is most definitely a showpiece and is for sure a conversation starter as any company first enters my home. And this is all due to the overwhelmingly fulfilling and satisfying experience that I had interacting with the entire HRC Construction Team, specifically with Bernie the Licensed Contractor, and with the astonishing Cleverson . . . the “artist” who first walked into my condo, took a look at the open palette that was my original, unfinished stairway . . . empty, flat, white, boring . . . with no railings . . . and simply then put on his artist cap and proceeded to create from scratch an absolute masterpiece which is now my finished stairway . . . HRC is most definitely going to be my 1st choice for several more projects that I still need to have addressed within my home. And believe me and trust me . . . if you are also currently seeking out a solution to your own private “Repair Nightmare”, you should most definitely seek out these fine folks who make up the HRC Construction Team . . . I will now most definitely be reaching out to HRC for every single “Repair Nightmare” that still remains in my home. Thank you, Bernie! Thank you, Cleverson! And thank you, HRC!

I hired HRC to help me with a pretty complicated project, a new dormer and apartment above my garage. They were a pleasure to work with and very reasonably priced. We passed every inspection. Most of all we got a project that should’ve took four or five months done and four weeks Bernie is very knowledgeable and his wife is a pleasure to deal with also, I would highly recommend them for any contracting needs.
